- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Compliance

- Complete KYC verification when required
- Report suspicious activities
Prohibited Activities

Fees and Payments

Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes between parties, CryptoEscrow provides mediation services:
Step 1: Direct Resolution
Parties are encouraged to resolve disputes directly through our messaging system.
Step 2: Mediation
If direct resolution fails, our trained mediators will review evidence and facilitate resolution.
Step 3: Final Decision
CryptoEscrow reserves the right to make final decisions on fund release based on evidence provided.
Limitation of Liability
CryptoEscrow provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Market volatility of cryptocurrencies
- Network congestion or delays
- Third-party service failures
- User errors or negligence
- Regulatory changes
- Force majeure events
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or opportunities
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. CryptoEscrow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
Immediate Termination
- Violation of terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Legal requirements
Account Closure
- 30-day notice for voluntary closure
- Pending transactions must be completed
- Funds returned to wallet addresses
